  • Implemented a blended learning curriculum, across multiple brands inc, OLAPLEX, DAVINES, AMAZON KERATIN and KASHO SCISSORS, creating a diverse education portfolio within an academy setting and the field.

  • Created and actioned sales capability training for OLAPLEX Arabia aligning with brand narratives for b2b sales team. Inc, account qualification, sales cycle, argumentory and feedback loop.

  • Pioneered, overseen, and expanded an OLAPLEX Advocacy Program, the first of its kind in the region, designed to reinvigorate engagement with professional hairdressers. This innovative program functions as a comprehensive omni-channel platform, delivering valuable content, fostering loyalty, and accelerating sales growth.  

  • Key contributor in a regional ‘go to market’ strategy for the relaunch of OLAPLEX in the region.

  • Ground up design of an In Salon Support program, maximising brand loyalty and helping to identifying “ways to win” within each key account across multiple brands.

  • Specialised in OLAPLEX and Davines technical brand education, delivering workshops and seminars.

  • Developed and facilitated sub distribution sales teams capability training.
